Yo is a french artist who has always been attracted to the arts ever since he can remember, starting young with sketches and comics books.
In 2002, YO attended arts school, at CREAPOLE in PARIS, where he learned graphic design and develop his artistic skills.

In 2006 the love for lettering, calligraphy and tattooing, added on a solid self-motivation and led him and Dr Gribz to create DABROOKS. Inspired by both of their passions, Dabrooks was one of the firsts black & grey tattoo design labels, created in FRANCE at that time.
Focusing on prints, lettering, drawing and graphic design, YO’s work was immediately appreciated and he started to work with multiple brands and labels.

In 2012 while living in Thailand, YO decided to learn how to tattoo with local artists in Bangkok.

In 2016 after 4 years in the industry, Yo had the opportunity to work with master tattoo artists in Australia. To learn by watching them but also to practice beside them and allow them to share the best advice and understand the process during & after procedures.

Inspired by his own journey and people he has met along the way.
Originally from Europe, through to 7 years in Thailand and now tattooing in Australia where he has now been established for 5 years, YO has never stopped practicing and improving himself.

YO specializes in black & grey realistic tattoos such as portraits, animals, flowers, skulls and much more.
He has developed a perfect technique to tattoo the finest lines and very detailed tattoos.
Realistic, geometric, fines lines & delicate tattoos are 100% YO’s specialties.
